It was so much fun photographing Raye and Casey,  it was so obvious how in love they are and what wonderful parents they are going to make.  They definitely keep each other laughing and I had my share of laughs when I was with them.

I have known Raye forever, and seeing her so happy was such a joy. If you’ve ever heard of the “pregnancy glow”, well she has it. Only 21 days to go!! I can’t wait to meet their little man.

Photographing babies and children is always one of my favorite kinds of sessions, and usually the most challenging.  :)  Little Miss “E” was three weeks old when I got to photograph her, she is so alert and was watching me the entire time except for when she accidently fell asleep, but that only lasted a few minutes.   Her parents cracked me up, Miss “E” is their first and she has their number.

What made the day even better was that my oldest daughter was my “assistant”,  some day she’ll probably be my boss. She’s got my number too.

So I met Ashton and her Step-mom in down town Starke for her session.  The annual Strawberry Festival had just come to a close, it was pretty amazing how quick the vendors were able to pack up and move out. I was just sorry I missed the strawberry shortcake but I did go home with a t-shirt.   This pretty young lady was nothing but smiles, and her mom kept us all laughing. We had such a fun time. I just wanted to share a sneak peak.  I still can’t believe that Ashton is only 14…

So I met Kelly and her mom Michelle about a year ago through Girl Scouts. I tease Kelly about being a rock star, she’s a little bit of a diva ( at the almost grown age of 13).  So she brought her guitar on her photo session, it was a lot of fun. I love working with teenaged girls it gives me little previews of what life will be like in a few years with my girls.

So a couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending a photography workshop that was just amazing.  There were two “brides” there whom we got to photograph.  Just wanted to share a few images that I took.

Personally I love weddings, I think the only wedding I haven’t cried at was my own and that was because I was just too nervous.

So my friend, Jena,  makes the cutest hairbows for little girls. I had the pleasure of photographing a few of them and I wanted to share a couple sneak peeks.
